Community Resources - Navigating the Senior Care System

March 22, 10-11:30 a.m.

This month, Jim McCabe of Eldercare Resources of Los Altos will provide us with an overview of community services that are available to assist seniors and their families. The presentation will include:

• A description of senior services
• An overview of agencies that provide the services, and
• Some information about how to contact these service providers to get more information.

This workshop, scheduled for Thursday, March 22nd, in the Parish Hall, will be of value to both seniors and to the caregivers and families who must advocate for their elders. Caregiver Respite Care is available upon request if you need professional care (Catholic Charities care providers) for your loved one in order to attend.
