Dear Holy Spirit Parish,

Thank you so much for your support throughout the Sacred Heart Canned Food Drive. Your donations were taken from the collection bins across the HSS campus and brought directly to the Sacred Heart Community Service Center where they will be shared with the impoverished member of our Silicon Valley community. This Covid-19 pandemic has created a lot of confusion and disruption in our lives, so we would like to thank you for sharing what you have with those who have next to nothing.

Covid-19 has hit the marginalized members of our community the hardest, as many of them were forgotten during the quarantine lockdown. These donations offered necessary support for the impoverished and forgotten. In total, the Canned Food Drive collected over 300 cans of food.  The workers at Sacred Heart were overjoyed with our donations and they described how these donations would impact countless families. This was our first year running this program, and we hope to further this program in the years to come. Thank you again for your generosity and God bless!
