Travel with Minor Form: According to the U.S. State Department Website, minors traveling to and from Nicaragua need only a valid U.S. Passport. In an abundance of caution though, we encourage the parents of minor's traveling without their parents to complete the International Travel Consent Form and have it notarized. While U.S. Law does not require it, this form may be very helpful if called for during your child's travels.
