Mission Appeal for Maryknoll Lay Ministers – July 30th & 31st
Debbie Northern, originally from Warsaw, VA become a Maryknoll Lay Missioner in 1999. As Maryknoll Lay Missioner she served in Tanzania for three years at
St. Augustine University of Tanzania. In 2003 she began her work in El Salvador in the program of CONTRASIDA, an organization that works with people who are HIV. Currently, Debbie is the Training and Educational program manager for the Maryknoll Lay Missioners.
Debbie will speak at all Masses on July 30th -31st to share her experience of mission life as a part of the Diocesan Mission Cooperative Plan 2016. Our second offering will be taken to support Maryknoll Lay Missioners. Your kind welcome and generous support is most appreciated.
