Holy Spirit Fitness Challenge 2016

Let’s get in shape before the Catholic Charities “Spring Forward Run” that will take place on Saturday, April 16th.
Participate in the Holy Spirit Fitness Challenge as a team or as an individual. Report average hours of exercise per person for the time frames listed below. Try to “out-exercise” the Wellness Team and join us for a Victory Lunch at the finish line.

- Sunday, February 14th – Saturday, February 27th
- Sunday, February 28th – Saturday, March 12th
- Sunday, March 13th – Saturday, March 26th
- Sunday, March 27th – Saturday, April 9th
