Healthy Habits for Seniors

Holy Spirit Church wants very much for its seniors to stay healthy and active! To help with balance, both inside and out, this month we are offering seniors Tai Chi classes and a health and fitness seminar.

Tai Chi Class will be offered Wednesday mornings in the Parish Hall, beginning January 18, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. The class will include gentle easy movement, stretching and meditation to soothing music. Classes will be led by Mary Ann Smith, parishioner and certified personal trainer.
