Holy Spirit Registration and Census update:

As a member of the Holy Spirit Community, it is important that we know how to communicate and minister to each of you. To accomplish this, we ask every family at Holy Spirit to complete a registration form so you can be added to our parish database. We also like to keep the most current information on our parishioners and ask that if your contact information changes, to please complete a registration form indicating the updates.

Please submit your completed form to the Parish Office via mail or by dropping it off. You can also bring it to mass and drop it in the collection baskets.
