Helpful Social Justice Websites

Keeping up with all the social justice and public policy issues happening in today’s society can get very confusing. There are two helpful websites that explain the issues and the views of the Catholic Church with clarity:
California Catholic Conference website. This is the official voice of California’s Catholic Community regarding public policy issues.
The Catholic Campaign for Immigration Campaign website. Explains the Catholic teachings in relation to this campaign. Links to politicians so readers can write or call concerning immigrant rights.
  • http://www.networklobby.org/ Network--A Catholic Social Justice Lobby website.  A Catholic leader in the global movement for justice and peace, Network educates, organizes and lobbies for economic and social transformation.
  • http://www.elderjusticecoalition.com/about.htm The Elder Justice Coalition is formed by 755 groups that are united in seeking passage of the Elder Justice Act and was formally launched on February 10, 2003.
