Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)

All children in grades 1 through 6 are invited to attend Children’s Liturgy of the Word. CLOW provides an opportunity for the children to break open the Word in a “kid-friendly” and age-appropriate environment.   After the opening prayer, the children in grades 1 through 6 are called forward by the presider for a special blessing and are dismissed from Mass to the Parish Hall to experience the scripture readings through listening, discussion and prayer. They return to mass prior to the Liturgy of the Eucharist.  CLOW is offered during the weekend Masses (Saturday, 5 p.m. and Sunday, 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. except when the Children's Choir is scheduled.  There is no registration or fee for this program. Children are encouraged to participate in CLOW at whatever Mass they attend.
